Come Diet with Me..

                Diets and Dieting is not so easy as it seems. Specially if you crave for food. But If you really fed up of how you appear and wanna lose some fat piles around you, then its the high time to start a Healthy Diet. What I really believe is "CONTROL" is the key to the success. I was craving myself for food and literally was sacrificing myself on food. Then I witnessed how dangerous it is to eat so much and go overweight. Thank God and my supportive Friends I turned myself back. I know most of us can not resist food when it smelling so delicious in front of us. But my friends food is not life. Its just a small part of it. We don't live just to eat. We eat just to live. so think a minute..

                 I am no different from you. May be I was worse. I was so lazy, for years I didn't have a motivation which I realized was so important. I had no goal. I was ashamed to go in front of a crowed. I thought people might laugh at me. I was low in self confident. If you feel the same, If you see yourself some where in these lines, If you need a help to go down, well my friends i'm ready to give a support to you. All you got to do is Just drop me a Text. Well coming back to our topic Dieting, let me remind you something. The Diet Differ from a person to person. depending upon their sex, age, medical conditions, weight, lifestyle etc.. So when you choose a diet it is so important to choose a diet that will improve your health while losing weight. Crash diets are not good at all. They don't give you enough nutrition to maintain the health. Lack of Nutrition may lead you to vital conditions later on. Specially these Crash Diets are exposing our body to lose our immunity. which may cause cancers, skin disorders, problems with eye site, nausea, mood swings, depression and many more. This is not to discourage you but to let you know the importance of a healthy diet.

                       Carbohydrates are the main energy supply of a regular meal. Most of us are carb lovers. Rice, Pasta, Bread, Cookies, Buns and cereals are all made up of carbohydrates. I'm not saying you should not eat them or it is Prohibited to eat them. Even the fruits contain carbs but they are healthy and doesn't pile up fat inside you. Replace all refined carbohydrates with Whole Wheat/grain products. Lets make it the first step of a long journey ahead. I'm going to discuss more on carbs, fats, and proteins in my next posts.Until then..

                        All fats are not bad. there are good ones as well. If you use oils for cooking, use Virgin olive oil, virgin Coconut oil, or canola oil. Anyways it is recommended to eat a diet with less fat in it. Monounsaturated fats have the tendency to increase the "good" Cholesterol levels and reduce "bad" cholesterol levels in blood. avocados, olives, canola, almonds are rich in these good fats. commercial cakes, cookies, margarine,  full-cream dairy products, and red meats comes often loaded with saturated fat. these fats increases the levels of bad Cholesterol. Omega-3 is a type of polyunsaturated fat,which is researched and studied by the scientists helps maintaining a healthy blood pressure and blood fat levels.These fats are found in oily fish, linseed, canola oil, soybean, walnuts, and in dark green vegetables like spinach and green peas.

                         Proteins are also heavily consumed in a meal. Proteins are always good if it is of lean meat, egg whites, Non fat cheese, skim milk or from vegetarian products such as tofu, and beans.proteins make you feel full for a long time when you compare it with carbs or fats. That was the main Secret behind the Atkins Diet. Apart from what you eat. what you do is also very important. Are you doing exercises in a regular basis? or is it once in a blue moon? Well to burn off the calories you have gathered, you need to do some activities. It is not necessary to go to a gym. you can always set some activities for yourself if you are not a gym fan. Yoga ans aerobics are really good in order to get in to a shape. Walk an extra mile, take the stairs not the lift. Enjoy a sporty weekend with friends, and that's how you gonna burn the fat.
